HAAM National Leadership Seminar

The National Leadership Seminar is a leadership seminar challenging us to share the hope we have in Christ Jesus.
This residential seminar brings tools and methods to equip, train and motivate Christian leaders to present the Gospel more effectively in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Seminar Topics Covered

1) Biblical Mandate
2) Discipline of a Leader
3) Effective Witness in Leadership
4) Communicating Effectively
5) Biblical Stewardship
6) Setting and Achieving Goals
7) Communicating the Gospel in a select Context

Who Should Attend?

Christians in the marketplace and church ministries with a desire to more effectively influence and impact others for Christ in their own organisation, professions and community. Through this seminar, they will find new expertise in evangelising, new direction and motivation, besides having a unique experience of learning and interacting with others.

Participants will revisit God’s divine plan, rediscover for themselves the main purpose for their life and be further challenged to be more fruitful for the Kingdom of God. The facilitators for each topic are prayerfully selected for their passionate fervour and practice in their respective topics.

Haggai International

Haggai International was founded in 1969 by Dr John Edmund Haggai with a vision that every nation is redeemed and transformed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our mission is to equip and inspire strategically positioned leaders to more effectively demonstrate and present the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to prepare others to do the same.

At the heart of the curriculum is the biblical mandate to reach the world for Christ.

National Leadership Seminars last for 6 days.
We teach excellence, organization, innovation, goal-setting, and integrity. Our faculty members are all highly-qualified alumni, with recent experience of communicating Christ within their cultures.

Similarly, our sessions do not impose Western ways of thinking. Instead, faculty members develop their own course materials within Haggai Institute guidelines.

Our teaching style is highly-intensive and interactive, enabling leaders to find personalized ways of communicating the Gospel in complex and sometimes hostile environments. Much of the learning happens through peer-to-peer discussions outside the classroom.

Typically, the bond of friendship formed during sessions endures as a support network once leaders graduate. Every session ends with a strategic planning exercise, helping leaders define specific goals to be implemented as soon as they return home.
